The use of text and background were very successful in this poster. I liked how the text worked with the image rather than just sitting somewhere randomly. The idea, however, was not very unique. I have heard this slogan before. The colors all work well together and i think it is an attractive poster overall. A different font choice may have worked better in the same placement. It is simple but interesting to look at.

i like your poster overall because you kept it pretty simple and had a good center of interest (the arrow). the thing that makes this poster look better was your choice to put different arrows in the background to get people to be reminded of staying above the influence when they see any kind of arrow. also bending the sentence "STAND UP SPEAK OUT" to fit with the arrow image was very creative. i think that you should have changed the last sentence so it doesn't look like it is going off the page. also capitalizing the font could keep people from focusing on the words standup, speakout and Above. other than that you used your space in the poster pretty well, not too crowded and not too blank.
This is okay. Doesn't really catch my eye. Nothing is bold like, STAND UP SPEAK OUT..But his isn't really original. I see commercials like this on TV everyday with the arrow pointing up. So be more original and more bold.
