I think this is solid. Pretty basic though and i'm sure its already been used by someone.
i thought your design was very neat. i liked the balance of the world within the arrows. I felt that the the arrows were not in proportion. They needed to be a little smaller. the dominance caused by the arrows was very neat. They make the shape of the round earth. I liked the colors and how you had the arrows stay green. Overall i thought that this was a good poster and got the message across. I felt that it could have a little more finish look to it. There needed to be something in the background instead of just the white i felt.
