I feel that this poster is put together pretty good. They did a good job using their tools in photoshop to alter the photos to get the point across. Although there is not a dominant photo becasue the two photos kind of cancel each other out. The artist did a good job of spacing in that there is not much blank space in the poster. The proportions on the other hand of the photos could be altered a little more.

the overall message is conveyed well. the design is balenced well but the main focal point is the center. the way the earth is being "sucked" into the black hole is unique. the choice of text doesnt seem to fit the black hole theme very well. it states the problem in a formal manner but no action is called apon except to "end" it.

the poster is ok except you have no information on it to back your claim. if you had some information besides your imagry that might make your poster better.

The best aspect of this poster is that its subject matter is different from all of the other posters. This makes it stand out among viewers. However, the poster would have been much more successful had the subject been based on fact. Otherwise, the composition is excellent. It is well balanced and contains great spacial organization. The smudging of the dominant object (Earth) really makes it seem like it is being sucked into a black hole. In fact, this poster looks like some kind of abstract art work. Therefore, it is highly successful at attracting viewers and allowing the message to reach the most people possible.
