i think this poster is done very well. it has a good dominant photo that takes up a good amount of space. the proportion is relatively equal in that the photo is bigger than the text. the font works well for the poster and in getting the point across. i feel that the balance is well at equilibrium with the text being spaced out. The compositon is good and it doesnt look like things were just slapped on a piece of paper.
I believe that this persuasive poster is very persuading. The dominance of this piece is the tree, it stands out more than anything else, and that's good. It gives out what you're trying to persuade the viewer to do. The balance between the tree color and the background color brings out both colors and draws your eye to the piece. I really like the "you" text. It looks like the tree is breathing it out. Good job!
This poster does not give the feel of a purswasive poster. The tree being the dominant element of the poster is not balenced out by the negative space or the text. this poster does not have balence. I feel like another elements needed to be added. i also think that the text does not work very well. Altough it is contrasted through form, it does not flow very well. This poster also has no repatition all the element of the poster are in there own world, they need to be brought together through the intigration of common elements. It doesnt look finshed to me.
This poster is very effective, as well as being intriguing to look at. The negative space on the left asymmetrically balances the dominant object on the right. The “you” looks quite interesting, making it seem as though the tree is exhaling. I also like the texture effect that is on the poster, it makes it seem more relative to the theme. “Natural” isn’t the right word, but it is the first word that comes to mind. In general, very good poster. It actively and efficiently portrays the message you are attempting to get across, as well as being fascinating and engrossing to look at.
this is one of the strongest posters on the blog. i really like how the tree leads you into the text. it creates a great flow and rythm starting with the tree and going down the text. Putting the you in script makes you get a windy feeling almots like the tree is breathing it out and it accomplishes getting the message across. the tree is the dominant object as it should be in this poster. the only improvement i would make is maybe add something that tells more about the cause because the original text brings me in and gets my attention but doesn't really have a call to action.
i think this is my favorite poster because of the way the background and the txt flow with the image of the tree. i just don't understand what it is saying. to me i theink that it is saiying that the trees are my lungs so i think it cabe miss leading.

I thought that this poster is really interesting. I like the texture you used, I definately sells the piece. Good job
Overall, this persuasive poster is well done. The creator uses a nice dominant image that captures the eye immidiatley. The use of negative space throws off the rhythm a little bit, but not to the point where it gives it a less effective feel. The message in the text gives a bold feeling to the viewer, and I somewhat assume the creator is persuading to save trees, they still could have said that in the poster, since the targeted goal of the poster is to persuade. Overall, the poster has a good composition, and is eye-catching and effective.
This is my favorite poster on the site. It is well balanced with the tree as the dominating figure surrounded by the text. The texture of the leaves provide a colorful and exciting look that captures the readers attention. The text fits the design nicely adding to the childish look of the tree. "you" is the only emphasized word and it looks like air coming out of the tree, which adds imagery to the purpose of the design. However i think it would look better if the image was flipped and placed on the other side with the text moving along the right side of the poster with more space between the text and image to make better use of the negative space. The "you" would also read better because it would look like it was flowing out the trees mouth.
