i think the background photo fits in well, but im not sure what the poster is trying to persuade me to do. it asks why being gay changes everything. im not sure what im supposed to do about it, it has no call to action. the boy is praying so im assuming i has something to do with religion, but that isnt everything. the photos are good if they can be tied in with better wording. the text also seems to bubbly, or light, i would suggest a sharper bolder font.
In this poster i do not understand what it is trying to persuade me to do. The man in the lower corner is praying so it appears to be religious but then in the backround there are to arms that appear to be fighting so i do not see a clear message that it is sending. Also the shadow on the text makes it hard to read, i would eleminate the shadow, but i like the use of the orange for the text it makes it instantly draws my attention to the text. Placing the man in the lower part of the corner makes the poster more pleasing to the eye but i find the placement of the text to be a little off, you should try and avoid the center of the page.
I really like how you didn't use holding hands to show gay rights. I thought this was refreshing and unique becuase you did something different from the other gay rights posters. The subtlety of the background picture combined with the kneeling boy is dynamic and has a good balance, as well as proportion.
I really like the composition of this and how the arms are closer to the right side, the boy on the lower left and the words in the middle, I think it really works.
The text also works for me. I like how you used questions to convey your viewpoint and persuasion. The color and font overall work and i like it.
I think this poster and design was successful. The images and text clearly state your opinion and why I should persuade mine.
This is one of the stronger posters. The soft background is accented very well by the color of orange you chose for the text. In regards to the two lines of text, i would make the top one significantly smaller than the lower, but keep it positioned right above the other line. This would act as a leading in to the other line. As they are now, they almost seem like they don't go together. Im not sure that i understand the boy praying, but i will commend you on the position and shadow added to give the illusion that he is indeed kneeling on some plane there.
