I really like your slogan. I think it sends the message very clearly. I like your use of different text and the size of your lettering. Your background is cool. Although I think the guy's head is oddly shaped.
I the slogan is strong, and i also like the backround. The only thing i dont like is the uncle sam, its not blurred into the image. It just looks like its not even part of the image, if you blured it into the backround it would look much better.
